Every new year we have an opportunity to make life projects, strengthen the positive, and make changes to remove what is destructive from our lives. We direct life and give it meaning when we decide to change.
It is quite easy to talk, promise, and say New Year's resolutions, but putting them into practice is difficult. Let us remember that purposes and prayer are accompanied by works. Praying requires having an attitude of effort, work, and availability that turn thoughts into actions.
In your purposes, do not always look for the easiest or the most comfortable, because that is not the path of growth, and consider that Jesus said: “Without Me, you can do nothing (Jn 15: 5). If you want to achieve your good resolutions, commend them to the Lord.
