In the gospel we hear a speech by Jesus where he leaves his disciples. On the one hand, the disciples are afraid of being left without his Master; Jesus insists that, despite his departure, they will never feel his absence because they will be able to count by the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit will keep their faithful to his message, which is why he calls him the "Spirit of truth." Jesus explains to them that if they live guided by the Spirit, remembering and keeping his words, they will know peace. From then on, all Christ's disciples can count by the help of the Holy Spirit so as not to stray from God's path.
In these difficult times it is necessary to allow ourselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit who will always lead us to the truth. Sometimes we get lost on wrong paths, and it is necessary to get back on the right path by allowing ourselves to be guided by the Spirit who always animated the entire life of Jesus.
