What does God’s tell us this Sunday? March 2nd, 2025

Fr. Claudio

EIGHTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

Today's Gospel presents us with three examples or parables: that of the blind man leading to another blind man, that of the speck and the beam in the eyes, and that of the tree that we recognize by its fruits.

Let us let ourselves be guided by Christ, He is our Guide and Teacher who illuminates our lives so that we can walk on a safe path. Let us beware of false teachers. Let us learn from God that He does not look at the outwards, but looks at the hearts, and let us avoid being deceived by appearances.

If we want to be good people, we must say and do good works according to the criteria of the Gospel and as disciples of Jesus, not lose humility and continue to learn more and more from Him, who has obtained for us the triumph over death with his resurrection.
