Jesus asks us "Who do you say that I am?"
He asks us to review our relationship with him. What can we answer?
Do we know Jesus better and better? Can those who come to our church feel its strength and attraction for Jesus?
We cannot settle for what others say.
It is necessary to respond to Christ with our own words and from the truth of our heart: "And you, who do you say I am?" Here the answers given by our parents, friends, teachers, and colleagues are not valid... Each one must answer this question directly from his freedom and autonomy.
Christ, the Son of God, is the One who can change our lives.
If Jesus has already changed our lives, then we can bear witness to who He is in our existence, not only in what we say, but in how he has changed our way of being, and in how we have lived and face each day.
